Can't get video preview to fill preview area

I changed the video preview percent and now when I select 100% it only fills about half the preview box. When I select 200% it zooms in on the video. How do I get it back to the default preview size?

There should be an undo button here. Will try checking this out.

Drop down next to the Time code.

Click dropdown select "Fit".

Thanks Carl, I've been playing with that drop down for the last hour and never saw the "fit" option. Helps to know what your looking for I guess
