Hello

Each time you open the module I capture a crash with this window that opens.
Impossible to capture, it starts badly.
I think the capture module is a real dung.

Do you have the latest Quicktime installed?

Is your Video Card software the latest from the manufacturer?

If you have trouble in the Capture Module, maybe you don't have the correct driver.

I Think you have to use the Firewire connection to download the videos on that camera.

I think you can import still images via USB but not Videos.

And you have to use the Panasonic software to copy the videos from the camera to your hard drive.

Once you have the Video on your hard drive you can then Import into Powerdirector.

Read your Panasonic TM-60 operation manual at "With PC" in the contents.

Hello
On the camcorder there are three strikes "HDMI, USB, MultiAV"
But I found the problem, improperly installed drivers from the camcorder.
I restored a partition image and reinstalled the camcorder to the usb port and now it works.
Thank you very much for the helping hand it's your job that put me on the way.

Mais j'ai trouvé le problème, Drivers du camescope mal installé.
J'ai restauré une image de la partition et réinstallé le camescope sur le port usb et maintenant ça fonctionne.
