PowerDVD Mobile v4 and PowerDVD Remote on Android 4 ICS

I have a HTC Sensation XE and I had PowerDVD Remote and Mobile v4 installed and both worked well. My mobile has now updated itself to Android 4 Ice Cream Sandwich and now the apps do not work.

PDVD Remote has UI problems where it doesn't fit into the screen size and the text formatting is all off. Sometimes it fails to find the server. PDVD Mobile v4 just launches to a black screen.

Are Cyberlink going to update these apps so they work on Android 4 ICS?

Don't know whether it's handset specific but as I said both apps worked perfectly before the OS updated (Old OS was Android 2.3 Gingerbread, Current OS is 4.0.3).

Wow Cyberlink support really living up to their reputation for not caring about customers once they have their money.

No reply here and also no reply to the tech support ticket I've submitted.

I guess that means they won't update Android apps to work on newer version and/or newer devices.

They're probably try to reproduce your issue. They should be able to reply to you tho.

I have seen anyone yet left unattended. Good luck.
