I've purchaced delux instead of ultra and now I'm having no luck at getting a refund. I've sent emails and rang the number they've give me and no answer. I cant even contact them by email because their defult mail client is not installed. I recived the email for the pd10 download from Cyberlink but their telling me to contact asknet for the refund???

Please help as I need pd10 ultra usgently to copy to blurays.

Dogtown: I am assuming that if Cyberlink is requesting that you contact Asknet, that you much have purchased your copy from a vendor using them to handle the payment. If Cyberlink didn't handle the transaction (and I don't think they do handle any transactions), then they will want you to contact the transaction company. In my case, in Canada, ordering directly from Cyberlink, DigitalRiver handled the transaction.
