How to produce 1920x1080 @ 50 fps AVI video and YouTube upload ?

I upgraded to Powerdirector 10 only to be able to produce movies in the same HD resolution as they were rendered (1920x1080 and 1600x1200). This should be possible according to specification leaflet !
To my surprise Windows-Avi is limited to 1024x768 (.wmv seems to be all even lower resolution), and YouTube is limited to 960x720 !
How do you make a profile for 1920x1080 resolution ?

Another question : due to high speed of small moving details I tested that I need at least 30 fps or sometimes even 50 fps to avoid a bumpy video (high resolution is needed to get rid of jagged contours of small details).
How to adjust profile for 30 fps : do I need to select NTSC eventhough we have PAL overhere ?
On full speed of moving details I need to show on 50 fps. How to adjust profile for AVI file.
What would YouTube do with 50 fps : slow it to half speed ?

P.s. I'm not an avid Power Director user, since I only need it to add a view titles, and to repeat certain scenes.
Most of my work is involved in designing equipment in SolidWorks (technical drawing package), and sometimes photo realistic animations are rendered (takes 30 to 60 hours for short clip).

1080 at 50fps breaks youtube. Even if you upload 720P at 60fps which is supported, is it re-encoded by youtube to 30 fps mp4.
So there is no point in uploading 50/60 fps, and it breaks the video at 1080 anyways.

Produce to Mpeg4 "Best" - it will be 1080 30P which is perfect for youtube.
