How can you insert a sound effect at an exact time in the video timeline? Other than dragging it and attempting to place it at a specific time-- but you can't get it exact--- how can you do it?

Thanks!

You can always drag the timeline to the right out to frame level, then you can place it exactly. My youtube channel====> http://www.youtube.com/user/relate2?feature=mhsn

Do you mean to just drag the time line until it becomes bigger and begins showing "frame photos" of the movie on the time line? I guess you can focus on a specific event time and insert the sound effect or photo at that exact point.
Is that correct?

Thanks.

There is also a little slider down the bottom left corner that may make it easier for you to stretch the timeline to frame level.

The individual frames shown on the time line do not represent actual individual frames. If you want to move one frame at a time forward or backward use the "," & "." keys and the preview window to find your exact insert point. My youtube channel====> http://www.youtube.com/user/relate2?feature=mhsn
