How to applies 2 or more effects to the same video clip

I search in the tutorial book and videos but I did'nt find the way to do it. I want to zoom in on an image and add pyrotechnics effects on the same image

There is only one track where we can place an effect, and it looks impossible to overlay 2 or more different effects on the same clip or image. Is there a special way to do that?

You can add the effect directly on the clip and put various effects on the video, besides using the specific range for the purpose
