Will powerdirector 10 ultra conflict with Pinnacle studio 14

I am switching over to PD from Pinnacle studio 14. I would like to leave pinnacle on my computer if I can, but if I have to remove it I will.
Anyone using both programs? Any conflicts?

I have both install on my computers and have not had any problems. That I have seen. Intel i7 5960X overclock to 4 Ghz 16 GB of ram.
