red, white and blue dots playing blu-rays on pc

im getting red, white and blue dots playing blu-rays on pc on all movies. im using
windows 7 64 bit, powerdvd 12 trial, intel 750 Processor, 5700 gpu . and all drivers up to date.
ive included a pic but all you can really see are the white dots but there are other colors.

well is this problem with blue-ray only? Have you checked with any other media players as well?

I am having same problem. Samsung tv, pc. Dots on blueray movies.

Hi,
this seems to be HW issue.
I saw it with:
1. overclocked/overheated VGA
2. borken HDMI cable
before

At Br Michael
Changed cables and opened Evga stress test while blue ray is playing. 12% of Vga memory is Used and temp 31☀ my VGA is capable of running anything. When playing blue ray cartoons images looks great only in normal movies especially dark scenes this dots appears.
