Hi,
Well here I am back with another how to LOL
I have created a project utilizing my one DVD menu, with my own Buttons but none of the button high light images suit my button.
What is the procedure in creating a custom highlight? I have tried to decipher (through my own bitmap editor Photo Paint X3) but when I try it it doesn't turn out the way I want.
Guidance would be appreciated.

It is a old tutorial on the Powerdirector Menu system, but not much has changed in PD's Menu since PD7

Here are most of the details of how the parts of PD's menu works.

Hi Carl312,
Thanks for the link...I did go to the tutorial page looking but didn't see that one...I find somethings harder to locate as per version...and I can't think of what it (tutorial) would be under.
Thanks again

You can experiment with this PD7 guide, it essentially shows you the size required for the buttom frame, button mask, and highlight. http://www.cyberlink.com/stat/product-tutorial/enu...rdirector/7/menudesigntips.jsp

That one is not in the tutorials.

That is one of the FAQs on Cyberlink.com.
It is a bit hard to locate if you do not know the exact terms.
