You might want to read through the issues in this topic -- the product needs more 'time-in-the-oven' -- the impression is that there was a release date to meet, even the to software wasn't quite ready.

It's great as a preview version though, the new UI is nice -- though it won't play many of the discs and video files that version 11 does.

I'd say wait for the first or 2nd patch prior to purchase -- or if you know you're going to get it anyway, get it now
