Hi, I recently purchased a new computer and I need to reinstall Cyberlink 11, I still have my product key but I downloaded the trail. How can I register the downloaded product so that Cyberlink doesn't ask for me to buy it again. I already purchased it a while back but as I said I purchased a new computer

Hi,

you need to contact the Technical Support team - please provide them your proof of purchase (e.g. Order number from CL shop or copy of invoice)

I have an upgrade copy that I cant install without an older copy of powerdvd on. How do I reinstall on a new computer when I dont have the older version anymore?
