Man, this is getting stressful trying to both learn PD10 AND getting things to work !!! I recorded a 2 hour video tape from my movie camera successfully into PD10. At this time, I only wish to get 7 tapes onto DVD disks using PD10 for future editing once I learn the program. So I chose Easy Editor and let Magic Movie Wizard do it's thing. I did not use any music so things progressed Ok from Source - Style (chose one here)-Adjustment ( did not choose any music) and then onto Preview. At first, Preview moved along fine until it reached about 50% of the completion bar, then things slowed to a snails pace. Finally after far too much time and no further movement on the completion bar, I hit task manager and sure enough " program is not responding" message, so I have to close it out ONCE AGAIN. I cannot for the life of me understand what I am missing here. I have saved the capture, it is all there in the files, but PD 10 stalls out at the same spot every time in the PREVIEW section.
Can someone enlighten me please? Attitude + Behavior = Performance
