Hi,
Do a search for K-lite, they have a collection either for 32/64Bit free.

So with the K-lite codec pack some importing issues with Powerdirector disappear? Do you have to link the K-lite codec pack with Powerdirector? How?

My movie was almost finished, but now i'm desperate on how to solve the problem.

Hi Dodrain,
It appears you have bigger computer problems than just running a video editor, if you cant produce a diagnostic file.

I was concerned you might not have activated the various codec's PD10 uses. There is a 30 day activation warning message pop up. If you've chosen to ignore it and expired the time-limit then you need to contact CyberLink. You have just exceeded that time-window very recently.

I have posted a support ticket more than a week ago, but no result from the service team... I'm still really desperate. I promised to deliver the movie to a couple, they wanted to show it to family on a meeting, now i can't keep my promise because of desepearing codecs....... At this moment i hate PD10
