Build 1129b - Lighting Adjustment under Fix/Enhance Doesn't Work For Me

Hello all. I was working on an .mpeg2 project yesterday with PD10, which was horribly overexposed in places. I tried using the Fix/Enhance Lighting Adjustment tool, but it had no effect. It always worked very well in PD9. I have just started with PD10 and immediately went to Build 1129b, so don't know whether this feature worked in previous builds.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice for me? Everything else seems to be working fine and there are no errors reported.

Thanks greatly and have a fine day.

Lighting Ajustment, I did a test here in MPEG2 file, normal work
I never liked this filter PD8 / 9, the PD10 I not used.
I think control brightness and contrast can be combined some improvement.
