ABSOLUTE CRAP!
either that or they ripped me off! I paid for an upgrade from PD8 to an ULTRA 10/ 64 bit and none of the advertised features are on this. Never mind they lied but this is JUNK! I have an I7 2630QM with 8 GB of ram and this thing still locks up with nothing running in the back ground. What a piece of flippin CRAP! None of the advertised features appear on my screen.

In addition to the Program .exe, did you also download and install the 2 Content Packs?

Don't bite! the OP has a history of rants related to this program and PowerDVD, me thinks at times he just forgets his medication!
