After installing the patch 3305 and working with files .m2ts is continually crash the system. I would like to revert to version 2930. Still installing the original program, in hopes of solving the problem.
I ask how to properly uninstall.
I apologize for using an automatic translator in writing.
I thank and salute, Eugene W 10 64 , pc Dell XPS 8000 - core i7 2,8 GHz--ram 6 MB--GEFORCE GTX 1050TI 4GB - SSD 256 + 2x630--area Pal

In Windows Control panel, choose Add/remove programs, find (select) Powerdirector in the list, click remove.

Re-boot the computer to be safe.

Then install the version of Powerdirector and all of it parts that you want on your computer.
You will have to activate again (CD key/product code).

Thanks Carl 312, also for the rapidity of the response. I watched your bookmaker and here I think is the software recommended CL CLEANER. I would be grateful if you would clarify when this software must be used.

Greetings Eugene

CL cleaner is a software created by Cyberlink to make it possible to install Cyberlink software when the computer will not let you because of trash in the registry.

It does not remove anything, it only changes some registry keys.

So if you try to install some Cyberlink software and you get a error message that it is a older version or that the software you are trying to install is already on the computer, that is when you need the CLcleaner.
