Need help with titles - how to make "floating" titles

I installed the Premium Content pack, or so I thought. How many content packs am I supposed to install? I assume these were linked in the purchase email I received when I bought PD13?

There's an Essentials pack & a Premium pack. From your screenshot, it doesn't look like they've been installed.

If you have the installer files, just run them again.

How many titles come with the Premium pack? I have it installed. It looks like I may have missed the Essentials pack. I'm trying to install that one now.

If you go to C:\Program Files (x86)\CyberLink\Templates\PowerDirector Content Pack 13\PowerDirector 13 Content Pack Premium\Titles you'll find only 10 title templates

The Essentials folder contains 193!
