Second guess would be you have downloader files from previous patch and the downloader is trying to install a older patch of some PD version. If the downloader sees a file in the same location as used previously, it skips the download and simply tries to install the old downloaded file. Move the last downloaded file or clean out the ini files located here: C:\ProgramData\CyberLink\Downloader and then try again

I never downloaded the previous patch.

This is the file I downloaded that I'm trying to install and which is giving the error :
