I think "XAVC S" is just a fancy name of 4K resolution H.264 in .MP4

You can check the "Versatile shooting w/ XAVC-S, AVCHD and MP4 codecs" on the right side.

but "XAVC"? It uses .MXF so that's another story for professional guys
