Generally you put the camera on Auto for light settings.....you can make an adjustment for a given situation and it will be fixed. I don't have experience with that but an indoor setting seems good. I used it in a car taking pics of us yucking it up. The pics were good at sunset and just after last rays at sunset still with the auto setting.
I have not met a person that didn't like the footage they got with the camera. Buy it from a place you can return it within 30 days.....nuff said.
