Aspect Ratio - cannot detect or set w/o crash
[Post New]
Hi,

Use of the Set Aspect Ratio crashes my program every time. Details are below... Why does it list my App Version as 1005 ? Shouldn't it list is as 1012 (since the patch is installed and inside powerdirector is says my version is 1012)... or is this normal because it was the original version installed?

Description:
A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows.

I have read the thread in it's entirety several times. I am currently experiencing the very same issues SPICERPRO detailed in that particular thread.

I was hoping for some new info/response on this issue. It wastes an incredible amount of time for me.

Hi AirSparrow1,

I had this problem before the update and after updating to the latest patch it appeared
initially that the problem was solved.
HOWEVER when I try the Aspect Window now, the problem is the same as before,
causes a crash.
As this function is not necessary for my latest camcorder files it is not a problem for me.

But I can confirm that I have the same result as you and SpicerPro.

Thanks PatC ... Nice to know I'm not the only one. Unfortunately, I use this feature a lot, so I need a fix for it.
