Not only is this forum a waste of time but so is the online support. Nobody will admit that they have an obvious glitch in the software.

I removed your post.

The tenor of your content and replies deemed it unacceptable. We're editors here.

Iinformation is the key to unlocking the issue you have.

Even Cyberlink can't provide the answer. What a pathetic company.

CC2,
Thank you for your comments, I'm sure your posts here and on the PowerDVD 10 forum indicate your feelings very well. Unfortunately the BluRay player issues you have mentioned on the PowerDVD 10 forum doesn't apply to PowerDirector 10!

If you are able to articulate clearly the issues you have using an annotated pictorial representation, with a descriptive narrative and a structural presentations of factual information to a legible degree, then members might take pity. I would not want to see members rolling around chortling with mirth at your predicament or at any acrimonious dissertation you present here and elsewhere.

The role of court jester is one you should not be applying for.

Here is how you sound (see attached)

...and don't call people who take the time to reply to you Trolls (are you related to PappaSmiles?). They have spent more time looking at your issues than YOU have explaining them (even though you have been asked a number of times to do so!!!).

CC2;
PLEASE, TAKE THE TIME TO WRITE OUT YOUR PROBLEM...so we can address it or, just go away, ok?
Or are you just here to whine about Cyberlink support sucking (we all know that old story, already). We are NOT Cyberlink..and only care about user problems.
