I'm trying to reach delivery/sales people, but the "Verify Code" does not let me to contact. Who to send a direct mail?, or call?

Did you try getting to them via the support page? I was able to email yesterday, though, so far, have had no response.

I have no direct mail of anyone.
I tried to contact support by the website, but the famous "Verify Code" says ALWAYS the code is wrong. Thanks and hope that any of support people get in this forum.

The Tech Support route is the one you should go through.

One to one contact is not something offered unless you pay for it and are based in the US. The "verify code" route problem you're getting is likely to do with your browser security setting.

If you have an issue another editor can assist you with then post on the forum.
