Power Director freezeez when I try to do a voiceover.

When I do a voiceover a box appears saying that the program is loading media. That freezes the entire program. This renders the product unfit for purpose. I shall return it to the retailer and buy something different. I am currently working around the problem with Pinnacle Studio.

Complaining about a product isn't going to help you get the problem fixed .. your best bet is to ask for the best advice to how to avoid this and not just sit here and complain about it .
