Has anybody at Cyberlink seen the ANG tv ads; you know you get passed between sloths instead of the owl taking ownership and dealing with the customers issue.

Once again a customer has had two paypal transactions for the same order, has had no luck downloading products and simply gets cut and paste replies offering no solution.

IS IT TOO HARD?

To simply return a payment and send a valid download link with key?

Surely somebody in the company has the "sole" ounce of common sense to resolve and actually resolve an issue?

I agree. I have purchased the product. installed it and are stuck with an activation problem AND HAVE SEND PROOF OF PURCHASE 3 times now... but no solution is given to use the program fully, it looks like I am stuck with some sort of a trail version

yeah all they do at customer services is cut n paste from the FAQ's instead of solving customer issues - they are VERY poor - administrators please start passing feedback back to assist customers.
