I don't have an answer for your WAV mystery, but I guess we just add it to the growing list of audio goblins in PD9!
There's audio that plays at high speed (the chipmunks/mickey mouse effect)
There's audio that plays at low speed (MP3s)
There's audio that doesn't produce or burn (some SmartSound tracks)
There's audio in video files that plays in the library, but not in the timeline
and now there's audio that plays in the timeline, but not the library!
Yep - and you can bet your last dollar that
someone will jump in and say the file is corrupt or it's something you've done or your drivers aren't up-to-date... 'cos it works fine on my machine.
It's supposed to work on EVERY machine!
