Hi

Whilst removing a program that I had install but no longer wanted, I accidently removed Cyberlink Power2go. This software came with the software package with the pc, so I have no disc to re-install it with.

Having said that, reading a few posts on here regarding the limitations with power2go when it comes as part of a package ie it is only part of the program and requires me to upgrade, is it worth me bothering with?

I have no intention of spending money to upgrade and already have the discs for Cbyerlin Movie Director and Producer that came with a camera we recently bought. Is there much advantage to power2go without an upgrade?

Opinions welcome

Steve

Hi Steve,
When I registered with Cyberlink they gave me Silver membership. In the members section (my Profile) I have a link to have a free copy of Power2go.
Look to see if you have the same.
I ain't tried it though, so cannot vouch for it's suitability.

Worth a try, anyway.

Hi Kintara

Thanks for your reply. I don't have anything listed as a free download.

I did have a prob with Cyberlink DVD Solution running on Vista and asked for a solution to that AND the power2go issue.

I have had a reply about the solution and have fixed that. But no mention of Power2go. I guess the only way to re-install is to buy the product but not sure what it would give me that I don't already have.

Thanks anyway.
