How can I:
1) Add folders to a project
2) Move images between folders

There seems to ne no way to do this via the Photodirector interface. Certainly drag and drop to move photos is not supported

1) Import -> Folder...
Select the photo folder and import. The newly imported folder will be displayed in Folders under Project.
2) No, you can't move images around folders.

Hi Soundings46 -

The folder structure within a PhD project reflects the way your photos are organised on your PC.

One way to reorganise images within the project is to create new albums. Maybe that's a way around your problem.

Cheers - Tony

Thanks Brandon. Not being able to drag and drop pictures or folders to different locations is a big oversight to my mind, as is the inabaility to create new folders within the Photodirector interface. This makes the product useless to me and certainly not worth the price - I will stick with Windows Photo Gallery which has far more functionality and where it lacks in editing capabilities I will just use a decent photo editor such as Elements or Paintshop Pro.
