Random Scrolling horizontal line when using Blu Ray

Hi there,
Currently using PowerDVD 8 and am having an issue while watching Blu Ray's... at random times a horizontal "line" or distortion while roll up the screen. Has anyone had this issue at all?

it's the first time I hear about such issue I would suggest to check the conections.

maybe you can provide some more info and a photo of the issue?
