PD9 asking for activation of H.264 and MPEG2?

In my last reinstall of PD9, when I opened, it gave me two notices asking for me to:

Activate Component H.264 and another for MPEG2 before 30 days time.
Will the use of H.264 and MPEG2 expire?

We got that during Beta testing, but I've not had it since. Back then, clicking "Activate" sent the message away for good so I could carry on editing. Have you done that?

I've probably missed something important, here.
