Whee have Titles gone?

I just re-installed PD9, added Update 2930 and now all Titles and Particles are gone, except the ones I downloaded before re-install, which are only a few.
EVGA (132-BL-E758-TR) X58 ATX
Intel i7 920 Quad Core
Win 7 Prof, 64 bit
NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 285, 1GB
12GB SDRAM DDR3 1600.
Canon Vixia HF S21 (AVCHD)

Hi there -

You re-installed from disc? installer files?

Did you install (a) the program & (b) the content pack? It sounds like you may have forgotten about poor old (b)!
