Is there a plug in or some way to play/edit SWF flash video.

You can edit flv video, but not swf. You cannot save back to the format. __________________________________

There are good freeware swf to avi converters. Just do a Google search....

Format Factory (free) will convert from anything to SWF but not from SWF.
