Why do I get this mail: Your PowerDirec​tor 9 will expire in two days?
I brought/payed for the PD9 together with MediaExpresso long time ago, I think March 17th.
What to do now?

Anja,

Did you install the trial version before you bought the full version?

If so, it is probably an automated email based on the date that you installed the trial version. If you have installed the full version I would not worry about it.

I received the same e-mail one month after I paid for and installed the PD8 to PD9 upgrade. It's safe to ignore the e-mail. Just a systems glitch. Happy editing and creating Anja!

After clicking on the Chrome Key I cannot modify the chroma colors as no slider appears, in fact nothing happens. Is there a decent manual or video tutorial that shows where to find buttons. The Help file just assumes that you can find them which is real drag when there is nothing on the screen to indicate where the button is.

NB: I am using Vista premium, fully updated.
