Are you capturing or editing these files using PowerDirector?

Which version please?

1. Link up your camera to the computer
2. Select PowerDirector - program start up
3. Capture option window

Now follow the procedure to capture. The video will be placed (eventually) in the PDr timeline and it is from there you alter and change the video files. Please note, you can add video files with different formats and output them to a selected format (mpeg, wmv etc).

Video already on your hard drive can also be added to the timeline - including mov files, these can be output to DVD Mpeg2 format files.
