Dear members

I am requesting your support to fix the following problem

I have the Cyberlink Power DVD version 7.02 (ultra) working together Win XP SP3 OS. A Cyberlink Power DVD window pops up when I start the computer showing some options to access like "on line registration, power dvd help file. system diagnosis, read me, unistall, etc"
Please tell me how to disable this window to avoid it opens when I turn on the computer next time.

Many thanks in advance :
Rgs

Gday Twang,
This may help you -

A handy tool to control what programs automatically start with Windows is :

"autoruns"

You can find it here :
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902

Run that and look for the Cyblerlink entry - then UNTICK it and reboot.

You should also UNTICK any crap that has ended up in the autoruns list (e.g. updaters for unimportant programs.)

Note : if you untick something that is needed, simply put the tick back and reboot.
