How to force pd9 to use IE* (32-bit) to access Directorzone

Seems when i updated to 9.0.0.2504 the default broswer (apparently does not use the windows default selection) that PD selects is the 64 bit version and flash player (ie all the tutorials) will not play any more.

I know the work around is to manually start IE8(32 bit) and log in, but i am basically lazy, the computer should do this.

I don't like to mess with the registry, but if someone can point me to the right variable I will give it a try. RTX 2060 SUPER 8GB GDDR6

Hi Rocket -

Could you not go to Control Panel > Default Programs > Associate a file type...

Scroll to .htm & .html (& associated file types) > double click > under Recommended Programs click Browse...

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer - the 32-bit version



I just use Firefox - no problem with DZ & tutorials.
