Hi CJ

Is this the red eye removal tool in PD9 PhotoNow or the red eye removal tool in Microsoft?

Hi

There could be many reasons why it is not working.

As you said you were on a tight time frame close PD and import photo into the Microsoft picture edit program - adjust red eye there. Do not move or change the file name.

Re-open PD and the photo should be fixed.

Happing editing

I know how to do the individual pics but they are all in the time line now and the FX/Enhance key says it will find fces and fix red eye in total story bar, that's what's not working

Hi

I've never used that function - sorry.

I adjust all my photos before importing.

Hopefully someone else has had experience using this feature. Happing editing

I tried this feature in my PD9 with several photos in the timeline, before producing the video, and selected the feature you described and selected red eye removal and selected all and it worked OK. Frankly I have never used this feature but find it very interesting.
The only answer I have is: Is some of your photos in the timeline already been edited in some way that Cyberlink will not work? I have no answer to your problem unless you supply more information e.g what photos are being used and have you already edited them in some fashion in the timeline or have you already installed transitions in the timeline.
Sorry Windows 8 Pro 64bit

Alternatively,

Make a solid black background on timeline 1
Put the movie on timeline 2
Do a chroma-key on timeline 2 with the eyedropper picking up the red in the eye of the subject.
Now the black will bleed thru the image. at the eyes.
If you can't solve the problem - Change the problem
