Title causes video to jump slightly

After a search yielded no results, I ask this...

...is anyone having their video slightly jump when a title appears, and ends?
I am rendering HD 1440 x 1080 combination of MPEG and AVC files in a nearly 8 minute production..
I tried moving the title to a spot where the slight jump is less noticeable.
Also tried rendering the video, THEN adding the title track, it still jumped.
The 1 titles plays for almost the entire video.
My question is...is this confined to me, my video-card, or Godknowswhat?


My version of PD8 is 3022. I am using my DV7t.

If what you mean is 1 frame being darker or a clip from the shot before the transition showing up, then yes I am having this problem. I had to remove almost all the titles and some deco-frames from a slide show I did. I haven't found an answer yet.
