Titles with solid background

Hi,
A newbie here. Wanted to create a title with a solid background, but can't seem to find buttons that let me do that, nor mention of it in Help.
How to?

Hi,
There is a drop down Unere all content tab that show colored boards just drop one of those onto your #1 track, and put your title on track #2. ( or whatever your want on track #2).
Track one is Main track all tracks under are overlays.
