Tuning voice level - I need some guidlines.

I use to use PD5. In PD5 voice level was as normally good, and I never changed it.
In PD9 voice is at 50 at start. I made some clips with 50 and that's too much.

I want to have normal voice level as others in YouTube.

I need some guidlines
What should I chose as my voice level?
how much movie?
how much music ?
how much speech?
etc

I need some guidlines like:
For example: bettween 10 or 15 or 20 according to orginal voice or such...

I also notice that most youtube videos the audio is way too high.
