Choosing SVRT3 - production hangs if clip bitrates are different

I am producing a group of VOB files into one MPEG-2 file. When I selected SVRT, the production hung at 84%.

Looking at the properties of that VOB showed that it had a BitRate of 6.27 Mbps (all the other VOB clips were 9.80 Mbps). De-selecting SVRT allowed the production to complete successfully.

This was a known issue with SVRT2 in PD8...I guess it still is!

I find SVRT works very well if:

1. You don't trim the clips
2. You don't split the clips
3. You don't add transitions
4. You don't add any effects
5. You don't place any titles in front of the clips
6. You don't .........

Did NONE of that...the issue is the bitrate difference..that is why I posted this..as a reference for problems that are still existing...you know for the new users having problems?!
