Problem with MP4 AVC files from Samsung S15

When I try to edit any file of my new camera Samsung HMX-S15BP in PowerDirector 9, or just encode to DVD, I can not get a satisfactory final video. It seems that is missing or skipping frames... The final video is jumping...

I was reading some threads in the forum, and I got the idea that PowerDirector does not support the implementation of MPEG-4 AVC part 10 from Samsung. This still happens with version 9, or it should already support files to 50i?

Has anyone edited files from cameras from Samsung?

In fact, when I check the properties of the video in PowerDirector, this indicates that the video is 25 fps, and I suppose I should be 50 fps. Should not recognize the 50fps?

The original files are MP4, AVC, in 1080i50. Video information in MediaInfo is:

Interesting.

1080i50 is generally 50 fields per second creating 25 frames per second.

Just a quick check you have preferences set as PAL not NTSC (Silly Q I know but has caught a few in the past)

Any chance of posting a short segment of test video for some of us to download and test? A panning segment is good to check frame skipping. Panasonic SD9, Panasonic TM700, Panasonic SD600, GoPro HD Hero.

Thanks.

In fact, the camera records in 1080/50i: 50 fields per second or 25 frames per second.

But in MediaInfo says that the frame rate is 50.0 fps. There should be 25 fps?

In the preferences is selected PAL (25 frames per second).

Along the original camera file:
