How I create pop-up windows in PD9

I have finally finished the procedures I use for creating the pop-up window in PD. Sorry for the delay.

Critics, please be gentle as this is my first attempt at creating a tutorial and using screen capture software.

I did not use any frames in this production, but they can be added and timed in the same manner. Just takes a little time to do the tweaking to get the desired results

I hope the it is easy to follow and the instructions are clear. Enjoy (or not)
