Editing video's from Fraps

Dear all,

Essentially the problem is that, whenever I try and insert the fraps video into the timeline, it gives me the error message

"Warning - The clips you dragged to the workspace contain one or more clips with a (NTSC) TV format. Your preffered format is PAL"

This results in the video being abysmal quality. If anyone has any ideas how I can fix this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

Go into Preferences via "Edit" Tab on tippy top screen (next to file) and change you preferred system to NTSC. Panasonic SD9, Panasonic TM700, Panasonic SD600, GoPro HD Hero.
