PowerDvd 10 BluRay Support

I have seen a number of threads here but I never see a resolution to the problem of "being told you have to update" when trying to play BluRay movies.

Has anyone gotten an answer to make it work yet?

Things I have tried - complete removal and re installation - no luck
I have the most recent firmware for my LiteOn BD - it played previously with the BD Solution that was supplied with drive. I upgraded because I wanted the 3d.
At this point No Blu rays will play on my system where prior to upgrade I could watch BluRays.

Hi,
please let us know which Lite-on BD you use, there are some drives that can not work for BD playback under Windows 7.

Version PowerDVD included with Mediasuite 9
Full Registered Version
MES101129-01
Windows 7 Home(64Bit)
Admin level PW
Retail *d/l* upgrade of the BD Advisor included with Drive
NVidia 470 with 260.99 Drivers
SB X-Fi
LiteOn LD-2b1s
AL09
Asus VG236H & Acer H243H
DVI Connections
Have tried with 2nd monitor enabled and disabled - no difference in result
Extended mode
Norton 360 version 4

Problem I am getting
Start Blu Ray Movie
Stops tells me I have to update PowerDvD
Click ok - Pauses for a few secs (downloading perhaps)
Tells me finished
Start move (or resume same result)
Stop tells me I have to update PowerDvd and the loops begins

Previously able to play Blurays - updgraded just to get the 3d with the new monitor I got for Xmas - now it doesnt play in old version
