Menu template added to a blu-ray video

Menu template added to my blu-ray video, edited and burned with Power Director 9 and the latest update will not play through my Samsung P1600 player.and when removed the same video works fine.The same menu template added to a DVD burned disk works fine.I have updated the blu-ray player firmware to version 2. with no results.This is a follow up to a question I asked last week.

Take a look at the Stream folder within the BDMV folder of the disc. If the menu video stream is not of the same format as the main video then that may be the problem with the Samsung player. The BD probably plays OK on a PC but the P1600 does not like that arrangement. There is no firmware fix to the Samsung for this issue.
You can try having PD9 burn to a folder first and then then burning using another software such as ImgBurn to get around the difference in menu video format. Win 10, i7
