Title designer: image keyframe/scrubber problem

This is easiest to describe this way:

Go to the Title room.

Start a new title.

With the sample text selected, move the left (starting) keyframe marker back and forth.

Watch the timer: it moves just the way you'd expect.

Add an image.

With the image selected, move the left (starting) keyframe marker back and forth.

Watch the timer: it stays constant. (It is actually displaying the time coordinate of the right keyframe.)

Click on the scrubber: the timer jumps to the correct value.

This behavior is not helpful.
