I think that certain options should be more readily accessible on the edit room screen. I'm going to start a wish list here, and I encourage others to add to it.

The destination directory for a snapshot should be selectable at the time you save the file.

Link/unlink all tracks should be something you can turn on and off with a checkbox.

There should be three-state transition type selector: overlay, crossover, ask each time.

I'm sure it was, but it isn't visible to peons like me. That makes it pretty hard to avoid redundancy.
