Given it is the "Day after Tommorow".... & as newbie to PD - are the patches / updates posted here on the forum and/or in the Cyberlink Website "Software Updates" or does PD9 pop up that they are available?

Thanks
Nathan

Is "Check for updates" selected in preferences?? If so, you will get a notice when the update becomes available.

No probs - I take from another post that we are unlikely to see the SVRT AVC issue fixed at this time. PD 64 Bit-Win10 64 Bit-32GB RAM-80TB HDD

When installing the latest update to PD9 is it necessary to install previous updates, or does the latest update include all the updates?

Don: They say that you just need the latest update. Me, I installed them each, one by one. I figured it couldn't hurt.

Have a great day.

When installing the latest upgrade, is it necessary to install all the previous upgrades, or does the latest contain all upgrades?

Edit, sorry for the double post.

Don

Has anyone ever received a confirmation from Cyberlink, or can point me to documentation which states that the latest update/patch always includes all previous updates? I noticed in the folder where I save these downloaded updates that each new one is not always larger than the previous one. For instance, update 2702 is 89.4mb in size, yet the one prior to that, update 2504, is 105.6mb in size.

If patch 2702 also includes all of 2504's updates, shouldn't 2702 be at least as large as 2504?

I removed/reinstalled the original PD9 Ultra a couple of days ago and then installed Patch 2702, but none prior to that. The program works fine, but am I perhaps missing some of the "goodies" by not installing patches 2330, 2330a and 2504?

-Allen
